We are pleased to welcome Chen-Yu Li as a new assistant professor in the IM department. He obtained his Ph.D from the Graduate Institute of Communication Engineering at National Taiwan University. He has extensive practical experience in police law enforcement and communications and telecommunications. We are delighted to have him join our department.
